Under Pennsylvania law, a mobile bartending service cannot legally hold a liquor license to sell or resell alcohol. Our "dry-hire" model means that you purchase the base alcohol separately, and we handle absolutely everything else! We provide the steampunk bartenders, the iconic black canopy tent setup, the custom menu curation, and all the specialty mixers or theatrical gear based on your selected package tier.

Absolutely. Our base packages are built around high-speed Standard Tier elixirs to keep the lines moving fast. If you want to drop a jaw-shattering theatrical effect onto your bar top, you can upgrade any menu slot to our Premium Theatrical Tier—featuring show-stoppers like Xenomorph Eggs (bursting boba and targeted smoke-gun presentation) or They're Here! (color-changing tea and popping candy rims) for a flat upgrade fee or small per-guest adjustment.
To safely erect our pure black canopy and mobile bar setup, we require a clear, level 10' x 10' footprint on a solid surface (concrete, pavers, asphalt, or dry, firmly packed grass). We also require our service vehicle (Ford Escape) to have clear vehicular access to load and unload within 50 feet of the bar location.
We require a signed digital service contract and a flat, non-refundable $500.00 reservation retainer fee to officially secure your spot on our master calendar. Because we run a boutique, highly specialized operation, dates are strictly booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the retainer. The remaining balance isn't due until exactly 14 days before your event.
